One Earth Fresh Hearts of Palm have a subtle flavor that plays beautifully with anything you prepare them with and they have a firm, crunchy texture that allows you to cook them any way you'd like. Sauté them in a stir fry, bake them on a pizza, grill them, roast them, fry them, make a vegan ceviche, or just enjoy them raw. Fresh hearts of palm have a minimum 10 day shelf-life from when they arrive to you, if kept at 38ºF/3ºC. Pickling them is an easy, healthy, and delicious way to preserve them for many months after that.
*IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING: Fresh hearts of palm are very perishable and it’s important that their cold chain is not broken. If it’s broken, the hearts will spoil very quickly. For this reason, we must ship all orders via next-day service. We are based in San Diego, so shipping will be more expensive the farther away you are. Unless otherwise stated, all orders will ship out the day after they are placed. We do not ship out on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on Thursday-Sunday will ship out on the following Monday.
